I realize that there are probably a LOT of anatomical problems with the skeletons, but being a conjoined twin is a bit of an anatomical problem in the first place. So there. I'm not going to worry about it.

*edit*
Okay, I finally slapped some text on there. "Victoria aut mors" is latin for "Victory or death". These lucky little buggers got both.

Hopefully I'll get a decent photo of this soon and replace the current one.

What was your original idea?
Very cool! I adore the smiling skulls.

If you want a child to love you, then you should just hide in the closet for three or four hours. They will get down on their knees and pray for you to return. That child will turn you into God. Lonely children probably wrote the Bible - Heather O'neill
I really love this, especially sense I am a twin. =)
But I don't think I could be conjoined! haha
... it's a secret. And if I told you, you probably wouldn't even be able to figgure out what this image has to do with the original idea. I obscured it pretty badly because it deals with some major insecurities.
I just expected people to accept this at face value, but you are a very clever puppy with very clever questions.
Glad you like it :)
and also glad you aren't conjoined. That would be kind of a bummer. :)
Their faces look absolutely precious! I love how it almost overshadows what could possibly be quite the morbid overtone.

I rise at eleven, I dine about two
I get drunk before seven, and the next thing I do
I send for my whore, when for fear of a clap
I spend in her hand, and I spew in her lap
Very nice. I am reminded of the "pickled punks" and medical specimens at side shows and p.t. barnum circuses. I'm a huge fan of the sideshow americana which has now basicly vanished. Many kudos.
this is amazing. I immediately think of a conjoined fetus skeleton t-shirt that nightmare shirts does..I still want one.

If you're ever willing to divulge, I'm really wondering about the original idea behind this piece..
Thanks!
Perhaps some day I tell you...
